  • I make time each week to stay on top of the cultural pulse, look through the latest industry headlines and investigate client competitors in order to stay up to date and search for creative opportunities—there have been numerous cases where a simple, real-time article share or cultural observation turned into a full campaign pitch from the creative team.

  • As a self-starter, team player and hard worker, I believe my greatest assets are my curiosity and eagerness to learn. Whether it’s a small or big project, I want to know everything there is to know—only to discover how much I still have to learn—and am ready and willing to keep discovering, sharing and shaping the next questions and provocations.

  • I approach research like a detective, uncovering insights that inform and drive strategy. My goal is to understand users deeply and design experiences that resonate with them. I'm not afraid to ask tough questions and dig into the details, all while keeping the holistic customer experience in mind.
